Our Approach to SEND
We recognise that some learners may require additional support to access education successfully. Our approach to SEND focuses on creating flexible, supportive learning environments where young people feel understood, included, and able to achieve positive outcomes.

We believe progress happens when everyone is involved. By working closely with families, schools, commissioners, and professionals, we ensure strategies are consistent, transparent, and collaborative. This team-around-the-child approach helps learners feel secure and supported at every stage.
Partnership with SENDSAM
To strengthen our provision when needed, we work alongside SENDSAM (Support, Advocacy & Mediation), led by Sam Geehan, a consultant with nearly 30 years of experience in SEND and trauma-informed practice.
